Amplifiles has no monthly plan you have to buy: you pay $1.50 per image (one dollar fifty cents), so a 12 photo listing video costs $18 whenever you make one. VideoTour.ai sells a monthly allowance of videos. Every plan, including the free one, exports without a watermark, includes unlimited revisions, music and AI captions, and allows up to 60 photos per video.

The plan price is not the whole bill. A standard VideoTour.ai video uses free default motion. On top of that, each video gets a small number of free AI animations: 6 at low quality, 3 at standard or 1 at high. Every extra AI animation costs 10 credits, an AI transition such as Day to Twilight costs 50 credits, and an AI logo intro costs 20. Credits come in packs: 100 for $5, 200 for $9, 800 for $29 and 3,500 for $99. Credits never expire, and the page gives 100 included credits a month as the Independent example. Unused videos do not roll over to the next month.
What a listing video actually costs on each
Take a typical 12 photo listing. On Amplifiles, every photo gets a Quick Animations camera move at $1.50, so the video costs $18 on pay as you go, or $15.12 on the $29 Starter plan at $1.26 per image. That price already includes the effects most agents reach for: ambient effects like a flickering fireplace, timelapses, and Time of Day, which relights a flat midday exterior as sunset or twilight.

Two things move the VideoTour.ai number up. If you want AI animation on all 12 photos at standard quality, 3 are free and the other 9 cost 90 credits, about $4.50 at the smallest credit pack. And a twilight transition on the exterior is 50 credits, about $2.50 at the smallest pack or about $1.41 at the largest. On Amplifiles, Time of Day sits inside the same $1.50 per image.
So here is the honest answer. If you list two or more homes every single month and default motion is good enough, VideoTour.ai is cheaper per video. 4K and a sharper 1080p. Every Amplifiles account can export in 1080p for free, 1080p Enhanced at 5 credits per second, or 4K at 10 credits per second. A 30 second video in 4K adds $3. VideoTour.ai lists 720p and 1080p.

Where VideoTour.ai is strong
VideoTour.ai is built around automation and a presenter on screen. You can create an AI avatar from one photo and a voice note, clone your voice from a short sample, and keep the same narration voice across listings. It also lists video landing pages, cinematic 3D text, MLS-safe videos and lifestyle videos with AI actors, and its transition presets cover time of day, weather, seasons, holidays and aerial-style reveals like House Drop and Helicopter Reveal.
The 60 photo limit is generous, downloads and re-renders are free, and at steady volume the per video price is hard to beat: $1.47 on Agency and $0.49 on Enterprise. If you want a narrated, avatar-led tour every week and you make enough videos to use your allowance, VideoTour.ai is a strong pick. Amplifiles does not offer avatars or voice cloning; it keeps the camera on the property.
VideoTour.ai reviews: what we could find
VideoTour.ai says on its own site that it is used by more than 10,000 real estate professionals and rated 4.8 out of 5. When we searched on 29 October 2026 we found no VideoTour.ai page on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot to check that against. The independent reviews that exist are mostly YouTube walkthroughs, including a hands-on review from September 2025 and an avatar test from April 2026. Treat the rating as the company's claim, and judge the tool on your own free video.
That free video is the best test for both tools. Use the same 10 to 12 photos of one listing in each and compare the motion, the exterior shots and how long it took you.
