Amplifiles provides an innovative platform that transforms PDF and PowerPoint presentations into dynamic, engaging experiences using AI-powered talking avatars. Our services include automated script generation, hosting and analytics, interactive elements, and easy sharing functionalities.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Amplifiles services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By uploading content to Amplifiles, you grant us a limited license to use the content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This license includes the right to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to fulfill the services requested by you. You retain all ownership rights to your content. We may also use your content for internal purposes, such as improving our services, developing new features, or conducting research. However, we will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent. Additionally, we will not disclose your content to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from or in connection with the Agreement will be first and foremost solved by negotiations between the parties. If no satisfactory conclusion for both parties is reached within 60 days of the commencement of the negotiations, the matter shall be solved in Finland, at the District Court of Pirkanmaa as a first instance.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
