Amplifiles charges $1.50 per image (one dollar and fifty cents) with no subscription.

Stager AI sells monthly or yearly plans by the number of photos you edit. One photo is one credit, every plan includes every tool, and each photo comes with 9 free re-renders.

The fine print is friendly. Extra photos are billed at your plan's per-photo rate, unused photos roll over for up to 6 months while the plan is active, and Stager AI refunds in full within 7 days if you have uploaded fewer than 10 photos. The free tier is a test, not a working plan: its downloads are low resolution and watermarked.
How Stager AI charges for video
Video is included in every paid plan and paid for with the same photo credits. Stager AI has five video templates: listing walkthrough, empty to staged, before and after, day to night and a 3D floor plan animation. Every 5 listing photos, or one before and after pair, make one scene of about 10 to 15 seconds, and each scene uses 6 credits. A 20-photo walkthrough is 4 scenes, or 24 credits.
Each video comes out as one HD MP4, horizontal or vertical, and the walkthrough and day-to-night templates are horizontal only. The template decides the camera motion, pacing and music; you can swap the track or upload your own. Stager AI also has a scene-by-scene video builder, but it does not publish what that costs in credits.

We priced the jobs agents and photographers actually order: one staged photo, a staging reveal video for one room, and a 15-photo listing video. Stager AI costs are credits multiplied by each plan's per-photo rate.

The staging reveal assumes 1 credit to stage the photo and 6 for the scene in Stager AI, and in Amplifiles $0.20 to stage plus a 10-second Start and End Image clip at $0.30 per second. A 15-photo listing video is 3 scenes, or 18 credits, in Stager AI, and 15 animated images at $1.50 in Amplifiles.
So the honest answer splits by job. A staged still costs less in Amplifiles on every Stager AI plan, and a staging reveal costs less on every plan up to Studio 150. For plain listing walkthroughs, Stager AI's Growth and Pro plans come out cheaper per video, as long as you use the credits you pay for each month. On Amplifiles subscriptions the same 15-photo video drops to $15 to $19, depending on the plan.
Rule of thumb: if most of your work is staging and staging reveals, Amplifiles is cheaper. If you edit whole shoots and make plain walkthrough videos every week, Stager AI's Growth or Pro plan is.

A note on disclosure
Both tools change what the room looks like, so label staged photos and videos where your MLS or portal asks for it, for example "Virtually staged image". Which should you choose?
Choose Amplifiles if video is the main product, you want to stage rooms and turn them into reveals cheaply, you want to choose the motion for each photo, you need square or 4K output, or you would rather not pay every month.
