This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Amplifiles Privacy Policy and applies solely to consumers who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).
This notice is provided by Aava AI Oy (Aava AI Ltd.), operating the Amplifiles service (“Amplifiles”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”), and other applicable California privacy laws.
Any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice. Where this notice conflicts with the Amplifiles Privacy Policy, this notice prevails for California residents.

Personal Information does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records
- De-identified or aggregated information
- Information excluded from the scope of the CCPA/CPRA

We collect, use, disclose, and retain Personal Information as described in the Amplifiles Privacy Policy, including:

Amplifiles does not sell Personal Information.

You may request limitations on the use or disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.
Amplifiles does not use Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

You may exercise your California privacy rights by contacting us as described in the Contact Us section below.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may require information such as your name and email address. We may request additional information if necessary.
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. If an extension is required, we will notify you and explain the reason.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity as permitted by law.
