Real estate videography, without the shoot day

$29 and 24 hours.
Not $400 and a week

Booking a videographer means scheduling a shoot, waiting on the edit, and paying for it on every listing. Amplifiles starts from the photos you already have. Send them to our editors and get the finished video back tomorrow, or make it yourself in about five minutes.

A full video from 8 photos, free. No card, no subscription, no shoot to book.

What a listing video costs

Same listing. Same week. A tenth of the price.

Videography is worth it on the listings that can carry it. The problem is the other eighty percent, where the budget was never there and the listing goes out with photos only.

Videographer pricing reflects published 2026 US rates for a standard listing video. A basic walkthrough can start near $150, and a cinematic shoot with drone footage runs past $1,500. Amplifiles animates the photos you already have, so it is not a substitute for footage shot on location.

Agents who stopped booking a shoot

"I looked at a few similar tools but was hesitant after reading the reviews. I expected it to look obviously AI-made, but Amplifiles wasn't like that at all. If you didn't know the videos were AI-generated, you'd never be able to tell."

The honest answers

Is this as good as a real videographer?

For a walkthrough shot on location, with a gimbal and a drone, no. That is real footage and this is not. What this does is give a video to the listings that were never going to get one, using the photos you already paid for, at a price that works on every listing rather than the top few.

Will it look AI-made?

The camera moves and the house does not. Amplifiles animates the photo the photographer shot, so walls, furniture and light stay exactly as they were. Effects like added people or virtual staging are opt-in per photo, and you can keep a clean version for the MLS.

What do I actually send you?

The listing photos, and a note if you want something featured. That is the whole job. Up to 12 photos are included at $29, and extra photos are $2 each.

How fast is 24 hours, really?

Within 24 hours of you submitting, weekends included, and often sooner. If the video is not right, tell us what to change and it gets re-edited until it is.

Can I put it on the MLS?

Camera moves on unedited listing photos do not alter the property, so they pass in most MLS systems. Virtual staging or added people usually require disclosure or are not allowed on the official listing, so the common workflow is a clean cut for the MLS and a staged one for social. Check your local rules.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Done-For-You is priced per listing, and the self-serve tool is $1.50 per animated photo. Monthly plans exist from $29 and lower the per-photo cost, but nothing here requires one.
